As a professional software engineer by trade, Brian has built his career around precision, planning, and problem-solving — skills that translate directly into successful construction projects.

Brian focuses on project organization, client communication, budgeting, and ensuring every job runs efficiently from start to finish.

Beyond operations, Brian has hands-on experience with residential and commercial renovations for over five years — ranging from kitchen remodels, bathroom renovations, flooring installations, to full home updates. His strength lies in combining structured project management with practical field knowledge. Brian’s goal is to ensure each project is completed with clarity, transparency, and attention to detail.

Sean Carroll - Head of Operations

Sean has spent over five years developing hands-on expertise in residential, commercial, and finish work. Having worked extensively to perfect his craft, Sean brings practical knowledge in carpentry, framing, trim work, flooring installation, deck construction, and detailed finish craftsmanship.

His experience across multiple renovation projects has given him a strong understanding of structural integrity, material selection, and quality assurance. Sean takes pride in craftsmanship and ensures that every detail — from framing to final finishes — meets MDC’s standards for durability and precision.

As Head of Operations, Sean oversees field execution, maintains quality control, and ensures that every project reflects the professionalism and workmanship MDC Building Improvements is built on.

Daniel Kennedy - Project Manager

Daniel brings strong field experience and hands-on construction knowledge to MDC Building Improvements. Working professionally in the utility industry, Daniel understands the importance of safety, precision, and disciplined execution on every job site.

For over five years, Daniel has worked on renovating commercial and residential homes across Long Island-specializing in framing, flooring, demolition, kitchen remodels, bathroom upgrades, decks, and general home improvements. His experience spans both interior and exterior renovations, giving him a practical, solutions-focused approach to project execution.

Daniel plays a key role in overseeing on-site operations, coordinating work efforts, and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standard possible.
